Distinguished Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Colleagues and Partners,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the International Symposium on the Thermodynamics of Metal Complexes (ISMEC 2027), taking place from June 8 to 11, 2027, in the vibrant city of Košice, Slovakia.
The ISMEC symposium has traditionally served as a premier international platform for scientists to share ideas and promote research in the field of the thermodynamics and kinetics of metal complexes. Building on decades of scientific excellence, the 2027 edition will highlight the latest trends and innovations in solution chemistry, metal-ion speciation, and coordination chemistry.
Our scientific program will focus on the fundamental role of metal complexes in addressing modern challenges across biomedical, environmental, and industrial sectors. Guided by the spirit of international collaboration, the conference invites participants to discuss advancements in supramolecular chemistry, metal-based drugs, and the development of sustainable chemical processes. These efforts are essential for understanding metal homeostasis, toxicity, and the design of novel materials for a better future.
The conference is organized by the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice in cooperation with the Slovak Chemical Society. We gratefully acknowledge the support of our academic partners and the local scientific community.
